Return Policy

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items purchased from Dina Lingerie. This right of withdrawal allows you to return products without having to provide a reason.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be: • Unused and in the same condition that you received it • In the original packaging • With all tags attached • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service to initiate a return 2. Pack the item securely with all original packaging 3. Include the return form in your package 4. Ship the item to our returns address 5. We recommend using a tracked shipping service

Refunds

• Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 3 business days • If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method • Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective: • Swimwear without hygiene stickers • Underwear without original packaging • Items marked as final sale
